At Object Living, we want getting your order to your door to be as smooth and straightforward as possible. Below you'll find everything you need to know about our delivery options.
Our Delivery Options
We offer a range of delivery options to suit you:
- Standard delivery - 3–5 working days
- Express delivery - 1–2 working days (order before 12pm Monday–Friday)
- Next working day (order before 12pm Monday–Friday)
- Large item & furniture delivery - delivery date arranged with you directly
Delivery costs vary depending on the items in your order and your chosen delivery method. Please refer to checkout for exact delivery costs.
Where We Deliver
We deliver to all addresses across mainland England, Scotland, and Wales. Unfortunately, we are currently unable to deliver to:
- Northern Ireland
- Scottish Highlands & Islands
- Isle of Man
- Channel Islands
- BFPO addresses

Order Cut-Off Times
To receive your order as quickly as possible, please note the following cut-off times:
- Orders placed before 12pm Monday–Friday (excluding bank holidays) are processed the same working day
- Orders placed after 12pm, or on weekends and bank holidays, will be processed the next working day
- For orders placed on a Sunday, the earliest expected delivery is Tuesday
Large & Furniture Items
Large or heavy items such as furniture pieces are handled separately to standard parcels. For these items:
- A member of our team will be in touch to arrange a convenient delivery date
- Standard delivery is to kerbside / ground floor unless a room-of-choice option is selected at checkout
- Please ensure there is suitable access to your property ahead of the delivery date
- If your property has restricted access, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order so we can make the necessary arrangements
Frequently Asked Questions
When will my order arrive?
Delivery timeframes begin from the point of dispatch, not from when the order is placed. While we always aim to meet estimated delivery windows, these are not guaranteed and may occasionally be affected by courier delays or other circumstances outside our control. If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please allow one additional working day before getting in touch.
Can I track my order?
Yes - once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to follow your delivery. Please allow a few hours after receiving this email for tracking to become active. If you haven't received a dispatch email within 2 working days of your order, please check your spam folder and then contact us if needed.
Can I change my delivery date?
In most cases, yes - as long as your order hasn't already been dispatched. Please contact us as soon as possible at hello@objectliving.co.uk and we'll do our best to help.
Can I change my delivery address after ordering?
Unfortunately, in most circumstances we are unable to change the delivery address once an order has been placed. Please double-check your address carefully before completing your purchase.
What happens if I'm not in when my order arrives?
If you're not available at the time of delivery:
- The courier may leave a card with instructions on how to rearrange delivery or collect from a local depot
- Your parcel may be left in a safe place or with a neighbour at the courier's discretion
- If delivery cannot be completed after multiple attempts, your parcel may be returned to us - re-delivery charges may apply in this instance
My property has restricted access - what should I do?
If your property has restricted access (e.g. a narrow lane, no kerb access, or an intercom entry system), please contact us immediately after placing your order at hello@objectliving.co.uk so we can make the necessary arrangements with our courier.
What if my order arrives damaged or something is missing?
Please inspect your order on arrival where possible. If anything is damaged, missing, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@objectliving.co.uk with your order number and photos where applicable. Please see our Returns & Refunds Policy for full details.
Can I order to a different address?
Yes - provided your payment method passes all the necessary security checks at checkout, you can specify a delivery address that differs from your billing address.
